Hello friends.
Putting aside the proctor voice for the moment, almost all of you should have received your physical copies by now. I'm charging the shipping fees for the last dozen or so stragglers today, and will be mailing out those copies early next week.
This will be the last monthly update on this project, but never hesitate to reach out if you have any questions, and I hope you get a chance during this most sppoky of months to get The Facility to the table.

Attention Test Subjects!
Addresses for the surveys have been locked, and our envelope stuffing robots are working at acceptable efficiency levels. The game books should be in your sweaty flesh-hands as soon as your box delivery cooperatives can achieve it.
If you have any issues with distributions, or are one of the 30-40 Test Subjects who have so far avoided our survey collection drones, feel free to notify us in the comments, and we will address your needs with mechanical precision.

As of this writing, a mere 61 test subjects remain within the incomplete section of our survey. We have extended the deadline by another week, so please interface with your devices, and complete those surveys!
The proctors are as eager as you are, no doubt, to get copies of the physical zines into your hands, and upload the final version of the PDF to the storefront.

Hello Backers!
Briefly dropping character here, if you backed The Facility, and do not live in the USA, Canada, or England, you may have been wondering why the shipping rate is so high.
It's a mistake, and I apologize for that. It should have been $12, just as it is for the Brits. Thank you to the backers who have contacted me to let me know.
I hate to ask this of you, but I cannot un**** that error. Please accept the $30 shipping rate, and I will refund the difference, and eat any associated costs, after the survey has locked.
If you would prefer to cancel entirely, I understand. Sorry about the troubles, I tried to avoid the first-time Kickstarter blues, but wow, international shipping is quite a thing.

Hello human friends!
As of this writing the BackerKit surveys are 62% complete, and frankly, while we're a little disappointed that it looks like we won't have to send out a Nemesis to ensure on-time completion, we are glad to see such excellent performance from biologicals.
If you have any complaints, concerns or recipes to share, consider this the place to do so, and a proctor will be along to resolve your issue with all speed.
